Need to keep reminding myself to keep up the self-care work & slow down or I end up running from what's really going on inside.

    Heyy, I'm Jenna, I'm 25 going on 26 soon.
I live in East London with my partner & our hairy baby-child (cat lol) called Panda :).
I've worked in the music industry for about 7 years but have recently had to take a break from it to look after myself as my PTSD symptoms got really bad this last year.
I'm slowly learning to manage it, learning about myself & am in counselling for multiple trauma, learning what really has happened in my past.
I'm almost 4 years clean & sober & very grateful to be a survivor.
I'm really grateful to have this site as a support system, & a source for knowledge & identification! It's really great to not be alone! & to learn tips on how to manage the symptoms!
    Thanks :) xx
