Sorry you are so tired. But wanted you to know what a powerful asset you are for all of us. Sending extra energy! And respect and love!

That lifted my spirits higher than you know, dear heart. Thank you kindly. Lots of love and respect headed your way, too. Kindred spirits....so precious...and too often feels like so few. Grateful for you, too. (((Hugs)))

I know we haven't interacted much, but I wanted to say thank you for your presence, for the way you talk about health and self care. You're strong and you've made changes and you've helped me. Sending warmth.

Thank you kindly for dropping by to share that. It really does warm my heart. Our wellness is a daily challenge, for sure. Just when you think you have something figured out, boom!, we get blindsided again. We're some strong m'r f'rs, that's all I can say. But it sure doesn't feel like it some days. Peace and hugs, if you're the huggin' kind.

Hey Tornadic, saw a Net Flicks documentary called "What the Health" and thought of you. My mister hasn't seen it yet cuz he clings rigidly to his processed meats and eggs.

But now I'm a little confused, as I still see you posting meat, cheese, and stuff containing egg (like mayo) dishes on the what did you eat thingy. Are you trying to give them all up yourself and he's holding you back? It was quite a bone of contention in our house for a while, but I think the ER visit helped encourage him to back off and let me be.

I have usually two fish days, 2-3 veggie days, and one chicken, one red meat or one pork. But there's three meals each day... so I just post the more interesting ones.

I was gonna PC you the recipe but your settings. So here's a version: http://nativeofferings.com/curried-radishes/ I ease up on the oil and only use coconut oil & I add though coconut milk and parsley, cilantro, or basil in a hefty amount and serve on a bed of wilted greens.

Here's another one calling for daikon OR a mix of radishes... I want to try this one but haven't yet: http://nativeofferings.com/skillet-beef-and-winter-radish/

They have a great recipe section on their home page... and also a recipe for curried carrots w/cashews... but I'm allergic to carrots. (dang it)... hope you enjoy.

Thank you!! I have it written in many spaces and find it helpful, too. The one thing I can have with me at all times, free of charge, and I'm in total control. Unlike much of the rest of my life. lol

You're welcome. I had to go look it up and listen to it all the way through yesterday. "Time for....a cool change....."....although I prefer warm changes as coolness tends to hurt my body. lol May you have a groovy day.

Interesting thread about the fascia, I do think probably all of our cells contain "us" I'm not sure how to put into words what I mean?! Wanted to ask if you manage to get your b12 somehow - I was deficient and got pernicious anemia, it was awful.

Lol, tell me about it, I never thought I'd get all these ailments, I was not taught anything important at school except how to read and write. My parents coulda taught me that in a much shorter space of time!

Scattered and tattered. Misfed and misled.

Tired of trying to navigate everyone else's comfort levels while all too often shelving my own.

Hard-learned experience sticks, but sure leaves a lot of scar tissue.

Mind space stays in turbo. Heart space stays full of doubts.

Nature and breath grounds me and heals me.

Even with a village of kind and loving healers, I still get tripped up while dodging shady emotional dealers.

Grateful for a space to land and share, learn, and release. Peace.
