ladt week in therapy, I mentioned to my therapist that I'm very aware that I have become able to predictable sense of the passage of time. I used to just lose days, weeks, years. I'd run into someone I think I haven't seen for months and then they told me we just got together two weeks ago. But lately a day feels like 24 hours, a week feels like a week. Clearly, I am significantly less dissociative. My therapist told me this is a HUGE step forward.

Great progress! I didn't realize this symptom was dissociation. My time sense is pretty normal now from what it was.

Way to go :)

That's awesome stuff @KwanYingirl !!! My days and weeks feel pretty wonky, but I don't have quite as many meltdowns where I am caught in all time (past-present-future or maybe no time, hard to explain but it's horrid). It's all about being able to be a little more and more safely present, moment to moment. So great you are noticing a difference for yourself in this area.
