having some issues, my boss really upset me today at work, made me feel like crap, I went into bathroom, cried and came out a robot. I need to stay, I love my job. Help. Need to focus.
Can you postpone thinking about what was said? Deal with it later, as after work / after coming home?
& I doubt your boss having some notes, however unwanted at the moment, is reflective of your overall employment. So try to take it as a recommendation of what to do better, next time, instead of criticism, if it was a comment of that nature?
Practice some grounding techniques? I know you're probably already doing that, but my sufferer normally tells me to remind her of that; look around you, name off at least 5 objects in your vicinity, give their color, texture, scent if they have one. Pause and listen, name off at least 3-4 sounds you hear. Focus your mind on your current location and actions rather than your emotions (or lack thereof). Personally I totally understand that's hard as hell to do sometimes when you feel like shit. Your boss is an ass, so f*ck 'em. At least until your work's out of the way.
