    Hello All,
I have been gone for a while trying to put the pieces back together. I guess bottom line is I am happy to be alive and that through this site and the comments and personal emails I received I knew that I could get help and probably needed medication. I was willing to reach out for help. I didn't want to die I just wanted to be dead and not feeling anymore. I just didn't realize (denial) how bad it/I was.

Anthony, I am a so grateful to have found this site and people who are like me. Until a few weeks ago I thought truly I was the only one. You have saved one life. Thank you a gazillion times over.

I am now on Lexapro and doing intensive primal therapy. Core issue work with a great therapist. The best thing about the hospital stay is that I lost all inhabitions. I am willing to do what it takes because I never want to be where I was on Feb 2 ever again.

Thank you to all of you!

    stay in the fight

some times just staying alive is enough. I understand about wanting your feelings to be dead. but thats what going through the fire is about. you stay alive you win... anytime you feel like that call someone anyone do not give up you dont know what is going to happen , the best things of your life are ahead of you not behind.:thumbs-up

Good to hear from you! :hello: Really good. Welcome back and glad you're taking care of yourself. Hold onto that willingness for a life-time, it can bring you far in your healing, life's meaning, and life. When or if it is to slip away (the willingness), grab back hold of it again right away (asap), and hang on. You don't ever have to be, feeling stuck or trapped alone again. There are many of us, throughout this world, like you.

Willing, Love to hear that you've sought and found opportunity for intensive primal work and core issue work ! :claps:

Hang in ....continue to take care :thumbs-up ........and for now...

    ......sincerely, goingonhope

Your welcome willing, and more to the point, congratulate yourself for coming to terms with what you needed, being out of denial and accepting the realization of just how serious this illness is if left untreated. Now its your time to do some hard work. Well done...
