    This is so incredibly sad, but understandable. Incredible stress can take a huge toll on our bodies, as I've sadly learned. During the past year I've come down with fibromyalgia which is extremely painful and makes it impossible for me to do anything physical for more than like 3-4 minutes before needing to sit or lie down. It totally sucks, because like many here, I always relied on exercise to help my PTSD symptoms.
