You all are definitely not alone. I was unemployed for a few years after being diagnosed with PTSD. The one thing that has really helped me get back into work and school without feeling too overwhelmed is regularly seeing my therapist and being honest with my support system (my fiancee and my little brother) about my daily feelings and thoughts. I try to be as honest with my therapist about my recent feelings/symptoms as possible, which is really helpful in managing those symptoms. Take the time to relax, do things that make you happy, exercise or meditate if you are able-those things can really aid in feeling mentally stable enough to hold down a job long term and staying in school. They did for me.
Have you tried therapy of any kind? Some kind of talk therapy, art therapy, or alternative therapy can really do wonders in progressing the recovery process. Hope you are doing okay. It can only get better from here, so stay positive. <3
