    Hi there everyone,
I need a pretty swift answer to this one, as I am seeing my psychiatrist in two hours time.

I wanted to ask him for some form of sleeping drug, as my nights are spent awake and really badly. I am going to be taking Affexor XR also.

    THANKS!!

I hope your doc figured something out for you. They will have the best ideas as to what to prescribe for you in particular. I am assuming you were asking for suggestions?

I took Ambien 10mg and it helped at first. It wears off after taking it for a couple of years. Also, Lunesta which I have never tried, but hear it works well.

There is Meletonin which is a natural sleep aid, and it works for most people. It is cheap too. If you haven't tried it I think it would be worth the effort because our brains produce melotonin to help us sleep, so there is no chemicals involved.

    Peace
    Tammy
