How do you deal with panic/anxiety at work or looking for work?

Simple as that. I think it would be useful for all of us to perhaps hear as many ways and coping strategies as possible. Because for me dealing with it, especially when work gets stressful, is a fact. How I deal with it, is better at times and worse and others.
So let's see some perspectives on this, and hopefully it helps some people out there.
 
At work: I would take bathrooms breaks or sometimes just simply standing up and going to get some lotion or chapstick from my bad allowed me to breathe and calm myself down.

Looking for work: wish I knew. But I try to be kind to myself when panic prevents me from going to an interview, so it at least helps me not get depressed post-panic
