Just letting you know our modem blew up this morning blowing out some power also. Telstra have a 5 - 10 day turnaround for replacement which is pathetic. Currently can't even access work on home network.
We have found a place in the city where we can buy the modem however through Telstra it is covered under warranty and free. Dilemma is I work from home also so currently up the creek in a barbed wire canoe.
Anthony has gone into city to buy the modem so we should be back online sometime today - in the meantime access is via mobile phone. Please bare with us.
