To very quickly cover the few new features within this upgrade, you can play within the testing area yourself to figure everything out.

There is a new one called "spoiler" which allows you to hide an answer from a person until the click the button. It has purposes, though don't get the wrong idea as though you're hiding content from users or Google, because you're not. All you're doing is making them push a button to reveal the answer. Purposes are like secret answers and such...

What time of day is it?
It's time to wakeup.
It would look like the below when sent live:

What time of day is it?
It's time to wakeup.

You can also just use:
Answer...
Which will produce:

Multi-Quote

The "Reply" button will do the normal single post quote, the multi quote you can click per post, any thread, across any forum, storing them all up for you to enter at the reply box, whether quick reply (responding to a thread) or creating a new thread.

This popup a box where you can then edit all the quotes, rearrange them (drag and drop) to the order you want, as they will be date ordered, then continue to fill your reply field with them or cancel the action. You can delete quotes from the preview popup if you changed your mind about a post.

It is the one feature that has been long awaited. Again, any post, any thread/s, any forum/s, all plural, all across the entire site where you can multi-quote.

Sidebar Hide

You will see a little arrow top and bottom of the normal sidebar, which is forum home and will be on the new article pages. Push it to slide it away, again to bring it back.

Go To Top

Yes, it's back. As you scroll on long pages you have a little button that will follow you along for clicking to return to the top of the page quickly.

Lots of admin and moderator functions, along with a new multiple account system which once again uses an ever cookie type system to basically thwart any type of user registering once banned, or holding multiple accounts. It is extremely advanced, it doesn't work of a single browser, and it will even identify multiple computers on the same IP. Basically, prevention from deceit 99.9% of the time. There is always room for error, obviously.

Lots of behind the scene performance improvements. Images and links are proxied now for security purposes, a lot of javascript has been removed, removing cross-browser issues and such. Lots and lots of little things, but not really noticeable to users overall.

The new article system will be up and running in the next week, along with some minor things completed with this upgrade.

Overall, it is complete, as all functions are installed and running. The old article system is turned off for members, and will be disabled on completion to the new system.

I'm going to also create some sticky help pages in the help desk to cover some common questions / issues.
