I struggle the most with numbing and depersonalization. Doing "emotional check ins" every 30 minutes (I set the timer on my computer) helps some with the numbing, but the depersonalization, that sense of removal and disengagement, is such a struggle.
Has anyone worked specifically with the depersonalization (and/or numbing) aspect(s)?
