This is an exceptional tactic YA... thank you for shareing it. You do need to cry, you do need to breakdown when in trauma therapy... well, more like you most likely will breakdown, but its an essential part of the healing process, because it means your now coming to terms with the reality of your past, and when controlled, it is very effective.

Well done YA... really, very well done. Some smart doctors advice too...
