Has anyone got any experience taking any of the above? Good or bad?
I have problems with concentration and I know its PTSD first and foremost but I wondered if taking a supplement would help at all. Anyone tried it?
There's loads of different opinions and research about diet and mental health but it seems to be a bit of a minefield. There are very few regulations in the UK too so you can get loads of things but its not easy to know what to believe.
I just CANT SIT STILL!
(my mate suggested a horse tranquilser but I'd rather not!)
