Is anyone else concerned about the changes suggested in a possible budget deal before year's end? (which I stress may or may NOT happen) I have been speaking to people off forum that work on behalf of the disabled through lobbying in Washington, they claim this along side the failure to pass the U.N disabilities treaty (which was based off of the landmark Americans with Disabilities Act) shows a new Era of Washington where the needy are not fully protected. What do you think? Should COLA be reform? Does this impact you personally?
