What Are You Feeling Today? Not Thinking, Rather Feeling! Can You Identify Yours?

Beginning that trek down the acceptance lane about past
Feeling isolated although I am not and did 1st tai chi class; plus exercise machines too (sigh)
Trying to not think about missed opportunities
Also, trying not to beat self up over so many unhealthy decisions in my past
Wanting to move forward in a powerful way, yet feel overwhelmed
