What emotion do you dislike most in yourself?

    Yes, LOVE conquers all. Someone said that to me today and it so touched my heart, because the one who said it is the one I LOVE and I told him so!

    Good emotions: hope, receiving care/love (not too much otherwise I get scared!), satisfaction in having achieved something (even small like going somewhere, or managing at home on my own for an hour)

    There is an emotion that goes along with feeling shaky to the point of physically shaking. I don't know what it is, but it is scary and overwhelming and destabilizing. Maybe some kind of grief. I'm not sure. That is the one I am most uncomfortable feeling and dislike going through. The other side of it is nice.
    The feelings I dislike in myself are self-hate and self-absorbedness.
