I remembered when I was a child around 6/7 that if I say someone’s name by speaking or just in my mind I get so anxious that they going to die if someone doesn’t say their name again, so I always asked them whats their name.

Your memory and your response are valuable. Just like you’re doing, by ‘tending’ (I.e. exploring the memory by writing or speaking of it, in an open-ended way) the memory either reveals more information (emotions, details, etc.) or dissipates over time.
