New Here
Hello, I am new to the group. I am not sure how much information people typically share.
I have really been struggling lately. I feel like I've reached a rock bottom and I am slowly ruining all the relationships in my life. I'm not really sure how to fix them now.
25yr old female. Recently diagnosed.

Welcome. People set their own pace. If you have a question or want feedback on something, you can start a thread about it. You can go to the "FORUMS" on the blue header at the top of the page and look around. Every topic under the sun there. Read what resonates with you. If you still have a question, start a thread.

You will get support, help with finding resources, validation and a listening and understanding 'ears'. Glad you found us, but sorry for the reasons you are here.

Welcome! People share as much and as little as they like. There is no judgement either way.
I share most in my diary.
Thank you, I have never done anything like this but I am looking forward to figuring it out.

Thank you. I will be sure to check out the forums.

Welcome :)

A quick mod note:

You'll find some helpful information as a new member and posting here.

I want to highlight the below. While you are absolutely welcome to share as much and as little as you like, please take proper precatuin as we are on the world wide web.

The Internet

Please remember where you are, the World Wide Web (www). Whilst we would all like to believe the person on the other side of a computer are who they say they are, you can't actually confirm that unless you've had video conversations with them, or met them in a public place for chat. Even this doesn't mean the person is stable and desirable for a healthy friendship. This is a mental health forum, and all members should remember that when befriending, or befriended, by another member here. Make friends, but please use caution. The Internet is not a safe place, and this forum is on the Internet. Members have placed themselves in undesirable positions in the past, and there is nothing we can do about the choices members make off this forum. Read Anthony's view on this topic.

Again welcome, and if you have any questions ask us at the Contact forum. We will be happy to help!
