I'd describe myself as a careful plodder, down to earth, friendly but guarded. I have children and I am on my own, it's a lonely but necessary business. I have c-ptsd or rr-ptsd as some call it. I love men but they trigger me. I've been spinning my wheels in the ptsd muck for 3 years or so now. I use EMDR therapy, ask me about my experience with it. I'm open to new information, ideas, thoughts. Not sure if I'm going to make it after everything I've been through but I will go as far as I can go.
