Confident
I feel like I've been shot. It feels like my entire world just... collapsed. Someone I trusted and cared about so deeply just... blocked me on everything without a word. I don't know what I did... I don't know what happened. They just... dropped me out of their life without even a conversation. Just nothing. just gone. One moment we're talking almost everyday and calling all the time and the next they want nothing to do with me. I just... I thought I don't know It just hurts so much and I don't know if I can take this loss on top of everything. I want it to end. I want to stop losing everything I care about. I can't do this.

It feels like everything is just getting worse and I can't function anymore I don't know what to do why am I losing everything?

are you sure it isn't a tech glitch?
That's what I thought at first too but it was on every single platform and texting them I even tried getting in contact with their husband but I'm blocked there too and I have no idea what I did

Maybe it isn't anything you did. Some husbands are controlling about their wives having male friends (and the reverse is also true).

I don't even know It's not like I'm a random friend or something I've been friends with both of them for over five years I was really close to them both and I was planning on moving to their town next year to be closer to them like they both called me their brother and I don't... I don't know it just hurts really bad

Would it help knowing what happened?

How much of what you’re going through is
- grief/pain/loss that would be unaffected by knowing (if the friendship is still over) what caused it
- “simply” the surprise &/or confusion
- PTSD Dogpile (stress/ stressors/ triggers)

I ask because sometimes parsing out the likelihood of WTF happened?!? is super useful. But other times that’s just chasing your own tail in the middle of an intersection, rather than crossing the street (ignoring the things that can actually help the situation you’re in, for the great big shiny distracting thing that won’t help one bit).

Thank you tremendously-this was a very helpful point that never once dawned on me, and it might have helped a lot of times! It will be nice to put things in a less paranoid perspective in the future-i can overthink in my sleep lol it’s no fun.
