Ayurvedic Herbs?

i had to look up both "Ashwagandha" and "Ayurvedic," but i muchly prefer fresh herbal remedies over the pharmaceutical remedies and swear by them with the single drawback that it can be hard to keep a consistent supply of many of them. maintaining my own medicine garden and scouting wild herbs are most excellent therapy in their own rights. my own method is to pick my bedtime tea from the garden or fields based on which herbs give off an aroma which balance my current condition.

i don't know much about the processed herbs. i'm still looking for the all-natural pill farms which grow them.
