    Hello All, After suffering with deepresion, anxiety and an eating disorder for 10 years ive finally been diagnosed with PTSD. In a way its terrfying but also a relief to finally be given what I feel is the right diagnosis. I start thereapy soon and im terrfied... terrfied to bring up memories...
