    Holiday Fear

    Does anybody feel the same? Am in a really bad place at the moment with PTSD. Have a family holiday booked overseas. This begins in a week. Am terrified and need to hide away. Love my family but cant tell them how I feel or disappoint them. Feel totally shut off now.
