Sufferer 20 years with CPTSD

I am only 20 years old. It's too rough when you realize your life was just a big suffer. Half of it you were in eternal dissociation, the other half - you were crying, self harming, suffering and asking God about why does it happens with me?
I'm in recovery now. And I hate every time when these feelings are returned to me
