33 Years Today

It is our 33rd Wedding Anniversary today. What a journey it has been and we are still as close today as we were back then. 4 grown children and 4 beautiful grandchildren.

It is a shame I am on call today and have spent the morning giving a drunk IV fluids for dehydration. Maybe next week we can celebrate with a dinner cruise.

Thankyou so much for all the beautiful wishes. It really meant a lot to us.

Unfortunately I had one of the busiest times on call I have had for a while ranging from dehydration,gastro,chest infections,assaults a road accident and ,just as I was putting my road accident patient on the plane, a suicide threat. The man was out on a remote outstation and rang 000 threatening to shoot himself and his family with a 308. The police attended and arrived to find a deep fog and heard a gunshot. Fortunately the man walked out and gave himself up. He was then brought to me for assessment.I am very tired now and hope today it better.

We will look forward to our cruise next week.
