I'm not sure if this is going to work for therapy but I just spent a lot of money on a new crossbow and gear. You know hunting season for deer is coming up and I thought---why not. I purchased a barnett buck commander extreme bcx. It shoots the bolts at 365fps and 118ft/lb of energy to the target. I bought everything I need to go with it and I'm hoping to killing a wild boar and some deer this year. I know as a kid I used to love hunting so maybe I can get in the woods to take my mind off of some things. Has anyone else on here tired hunting as therapy? If so chime in and let me know how it worked.
