Added Some More Features

I've installed some further features... some are poll stuff, edit, delete, remove your vote to change it, so forth. Edit thread title and other post stuff, inline with existing post edit times.

You can also now change your username once per year, and your existing username will become your usertitle for 30 days so members know who you were to get used to the change. Name changes can also be seen by all members upon another's profile.

Anthony this sight has always been good enough for me but I am glad you stay on top of everything! While my dad was dieing I was out for a bit and with all my health problems I a not as active as I should. But thank you for your hard work on what has been my safe place for years.
