In many posts I see that I'm not alone. Many have found that they feel alone as I do. I force myself to walk among people and have a fake smile on an say hello. Once in awhile I get a hello back. My fake smile becomes real.
I would like to say thank you to all that posted for your comments. I told the doctor and my wife that I wanted to run away! To a surprise both said to go. My wife said take it as a walk about. Thinking about it I just did it. I'm Wright now sitting with a fire in the desert where I see no lights hear no cars just able to thing. Before any one gets upset I have a tracking device on me and the rv both have emergency calls if needed. This is day 5 out here what do I do well have been reading lots of posts from this group and yes text from the doctor. A short story what happened this morning. Reading the posts and reading a book not sure from which I just started to laugh out loud. I can't tell how long it happened for. This was the first time which I remember laughing and feeling good. My chest is still not vibrating and not taking deep breath every few minutes. Thank you to all that has shared their feelings my you find this peaceful filling.
Yesterday I started to write down what I believe will be my goals. The first is to determine what the goals are?
1. To feel better.
2. Stop the vibration that's in my chest.
3. Smile is fake hope it becomes real.
4. Talk with doctor more.
5. Reconnect with my family.
Yes these are broad options to pick. The next step is to define each in stages. That how might I do this. Or what are the steps in which I need to take?
A step which I started is writing down how I feel going through the day and night. This is write for me to review make comments. Look at examples that I see as I read posts or in conversation. I think these are a goal only 5 not to overwhelming the broken mind.
