Anyone taken venlafaxine And mirtazapine

Hi guys has anyone had any experience with above combo?
I started on sertraline for two months and it was awful so doctor put me on escitalopram and buspirone although this was slightly better in that side effects were mild it didn’t do anything to help mentally. My doctor has now prescribed venlafaxine and mirtazapine so I am hoping that this along with my current therapy will help Just wondering if anyone else has tried this.

I tried it - it's a popular combination for depression, dubbed California Rocket Fuel (if you want to know more about how it works, that's the phrase to Google!).

It's fairly complex the way it works, and it doesn't work for everyone. It didn't work for me personally, but it's popular because it does seem to work for a lot of people.
