Do you know how to do that? Or more specifically, what those steps (finding help, processing the trauma) might look like for you? There are different ways to go at it. Read around the forum, you'll find many different examples of how people are navigating their PTSD recovery. But if you have a sense of what your own goals are, it can be helpful to write them out. A trauma diary can be a good place for that.
