benzos and dissociation

I believe I have had a severe increase in dissociation symptoms since taking benzos. Although I have been off of them for a while, I still have the severe dissociation symptoms. Has anyone experienced this as well? please let me know and thank you

Ive been off of them a few months now. I took them almost every day for around four years.

It takes benzos up to about 2 years to detox off of… they have one of the longest half-lives of any medication around. So what you’re experiencing is toooootally normal, just a few months out.
