    Hi there,

My wife recently separated from me and moved out into her own apartment. Her reasons for leaving seem to be mostly tied to my PTSD. I say "seem" because I honestly don't know what's going on.

Anyway, my question to the forum is about dealing with a recent separation. These past couple of weeks have been rather horrible and I would like to improve. I haven't felt this lonely in my life. I still have no roots here in Maryland: no friends, unstable jobs, etc.

It's an uphill battle to try to make new friends while feeling so insecure due to anxiety and especially depression. I have a very low self-image as a result of my wife pulling away.

    So... How do you deal?
