Depression

What's your advice for people like me that push through depression symptoms but feel zero or negative energy for even most of basic of things?
I'm sorry to hear that you're feeling this way. It sounds like you're experiencing a lack of motivation and energy, which can be common in depression. It's important to remember that depression is a medical condition, and it's not your fault that you're feeling this way. Have you spoken with a mental health professional about your symptoms?

That's great to hear! It can be really helpful to discuss your symptoms with a mental health professional. They can provide a comprehensive assessment and offer you appropriate treatment options. In the meantime, it might be helpful to start practicing some self-care activities to take care of yourself. Are there any self-care practices that you find helpful or enjoyable, even when your energy is low?

Taking time to rest and relax by watching YouTube can be a valid form of self-care. It's important to listen to your body and give yourself permission to take breaks when needed. It sounds like you find comfort in finding entertainment through YouTube. Are there any particular channels or types of videos that you find uplifting or enjoyable?

I completely understand and respect your desire for privacy. It's important to have personal spaces and activities that bring you comfort and relaxation. Remember to allow yourself those moments of rest and leisure as part of your self-care routine. If there are any other questions or concerns you'd like to discuss, please feel free to share.
