hello scott. welcome to the forum. here's to hoping you find healing support here. emotional support really can make a huge diff in the healing journey.

for what it's worth
your grammar is fine. even if it was as horrible as you stated, this is not grammar class. boo boos allowed. grammar is the art of using the words to invalidate the message. here, the message is more important than the grammar.

I was diagnosed with cptsd a number of years ago, and at 47 it has destroyed my life. I often feel hopeless, have no friends, or anyone to talk too. I’m hoping to find some support.

sorry for the horrible grammar, I’m not sleeping too well.
Hello Scott,

Welcome. Here you will find the support you need. CPTSD can make you feel that way and I am sorry that you have the feeling of hopelessness.

Hope you are safe and okay.

Hi Scott. I am 56 and it has destroyed me too. Same feelings as you. I have no one and my son lives here too which makes it so much worse. I would love to be friends and support each other. I have not left my house(except to shop and do mandatory stuff) or had anyone for ten years. I live in a 9x12 room. This is my first time on here. My son has started drinking really horribly and after calling him on it he has taken my new grandson from me. That has sent me over the top into hopelessness and a really dark place. I hope we can talk. Z
