Emotional rollercoaster

Pathetic request really but anyone got any decent suggestions for dealing with overwhelming emotions?
I cannot stop crying this week, and if I do manage it, I swing wildly to the opposite and rant/swear and generally behave like a total angry freak.


Sorry to hear about the way you have been feeling. I know that journalist and seeing a counselor were helpful for me. Do you have a counselor? If so, are you able to share your emotions with them? Hope that helps!
I can relate to this. For me movement is important. Walking helps and if that isn't a option I walk in place tapping my knees. There is a video on youtube about moving your energy. Also, journaling and reminding myself that this will pass.
