Fiancée Just Diagnosed With Ptsd

Hi all.
My Fiancee has just been diagnosed with PTSD. We've been together 3 years, and are both LEO's. The diagnosis explains a LOT, but its also pretty intense/awful/stressful for me as well as him.
I guess Im looking for advice, and to connect with people in similar situations.

Hi Mummy_Mary, and Welcome! Glad you have found yourself here. Your emotional health and wellbeing is important as a wife and a caregiver to someone with PTSD. Finding a local or in person support group can be a great way to connect with others to just talk, get advice, information, referrals, etc.
