Hi Im Jonny and I think I have complex PTSD after suffering bullying as a child and just for the last two years bullying as an adult at work.

It certainly explains why I react bady and angrily to people who I think are teasing or bullying me.

Hi Jonny, welcome to the forum. Why do you believe you have complex PTSD, and what do you know about the differences between the PTSD label? I already know you can get PTSD from being bullied, no issues there, just the type of PTSD and what you believe brings you to this conclusion....

You can have symptoms of PTSD, without actually having PTSD. PTSD is much more than just reactions, good, bad or otherwise. PTSD is a neurological disorder that takes effect within the brain when exposed to such extreme and over-whelming stress your brain malfunctions to create a chemical imbalance basically, one which is non-curable.

What do you know about PTSD itself to conclude this?
