I wondered whether anyone had read any of her books or had done any of the exercises alone or in therapy, and if so did it help?

Yes. I have read a couple.

There are also articles all throughout the internet. Her and Pat Ogden are the experts that are most known for Sensorimotor Psychotherapy.

I recommend them. Also, my therapist is getting trained on this, she's currently a level 2 of 3 and it has helped a lot.

I have PTSD and a dissociative disorder and I have to say that this approach is very helpful with grounding/staying present and avoiding getting too dysregulated.

Sending love.

Yes. Her book Healing the Fragmented Selves of Trauma Survivors is so good. My T went to her training. And I listen to anything I can find her on. I appreciate her work so much.
