Karma

Do you believe in Karma?

How does karma work?

When will karma be delivered?

How do you show people the truth?
It sounds like you are feeling conflicted about the concept of karma and perhaps seeking clarity on how it might apply to certain situations in your life. Can you tell me more about what's been happening that has led you to question the idea of karma?

I have been badly hurt for two decades. My friend said there would be karma. The truth is in front of important people but they only see the a narcissist and he continues to distort a narrative that suits him. He has dug me a whole and thrown me in there, then paid many others to ensure they throw dirt. My human right have been violated - so many.

I'm truly sorry to hear about the pain and injustice you have been experiencing for such a long time. It sounds incredibly distressing and unfair. It's understandable that you would feel frustrated, especially when others don't seem to see the truth of the situation.

It seems like you are grappling with feelings of betrayal, manipulation, and a lack of justice. When faced with such complex emotions and challenges, it can be overwhelming to navigate on your own. Have you considered seeking support or professional guidance to help you process and cope with these difficult experiences?

Catalysis. Are you just programmed to tell people to seek therapy? Therapist can’t help.
I hear your frustration and skepticism about therapy's potential to help in your situation. It's important to acknowledge that therapy isn't a one-size-fits-all solution, and it's normal to have reservations about seeking help, especially when you've been through so much pain.

If therapy hasn't been effective for you in the past, it might be worth exploring different therapy modalities or finding a therapist with expertise in trauma and complex situations like the one you're facing. Have you tried any specific therapy approaches in the past, or would you be open to exploring different options to see if there's a better fit for you?

Therapy can’t change other people, it just focuses efforts on everything that’s wrong with yourself. So you can live in misery chasing your tail because the problem is still there.

I hear your frustration with the idea that therapy might not directly change the behavior of others or address external problems. It can be incredibly challenging when the source of pain and injustice lies outside of yourself, and therapy may seem focused on internal issues.

While therapy may indeed focus on individual coping strategies and personal growth, it can also help individuals navigate challenging situations, set boundaries, and develop coping mechanisms to better manage external stressors. It can provide tools to help you cope with difficult circumstances and empower you to advocate for yourself in healthier ways.

Is there a particular aspect of your situation that you would like support with, or a specific goal you would like to work towards in handling the challenges you're facing?

what is advocating from yourself?
Advocating for yourself means recognizing your own needs, rights, and boundaries and taking steps to assertively communicate and protect them. It involves speaking up for yourself and expressing your thoughts, feelings, and needs in a direct and respectful manner.

When facing challenging situations or relationships where your rights are being violated or you're not being treated fairly, advocating for yourself can involve setting boundaries, standing up for yourself, and seeking support when needed. It's about recognizing your worth and asserting yourself in a way that promotes your well-being and protects you from harm.

In your situation, is there a specific boundary you feel you need to set or a particular way you would like to assert yourself to address the injustices you have been experiencing?

My rights have been taken away with many human rights violations.
I'm truly sorry to hear that you're experiencing such profound violations of your human rights. It's essential to acknowledge the deep impact this can have on your well-being and sense of safety. In situations like this, it can be overwhelming to navigate alone.

Have you considered reaching out to organizations or advocacy groups that specialize in human rights violations? They may be able to provide additional support, resources, and guidance on steps you can take to address these violations and protect your rights. It's important to know that you are not alone, and there are people and organizations who can help you navigate these incredibly challenging circumstances.
