Last night was terrible, woke up in a panic at least five times

Right now, my drowsiness is at an all time high because I’ve been take Duloxetine, Lamotrigine, and Melatonin. The other meds don’t really contribute to that. So, when I wake up in a panic, it’s like my body is this big bag of sand and I can barely open my eyes, but my heart is racing and I can’t slow down my breathing.

And with the way my house is right now, especially the people, it’s just trigger after trigger. I’m trying my best to get away and do better things and it’s stressing me out. I’m working hard, and it feels like I just keep getting pulled back.

I’m not giving up though. It’s just really rough, and it keeps being rough.

I have never taken sleep meds. If I woke up feeling like that it would be bad stuff.

Don't know if you have read it but this article was the biggest help I got when I first started here.

That sounds really rough, I’m so sorry this is happening.

I have no insight, but I’ve found ambient sounds and music help me sleep better, but not perfect. Hope you can find solace in your sleep.
