Moving forward


The last two months things are moving forward. I am getting more control back over my life, which is quite nice.

I moved in with my girlfriend and her two Boys, which has help me structure my daily life for the first time in a constant flow.

Living life without booze, drugs or drama has been good for me.

Doing my course about skilltraining and knowledge about complex trauma and I now get it after reading the coursebooks 3 times before.

Everyday I am getting new insignes in my twisted thoughts, patterns and behaviour.

After spending months in isolation in my room of the grouphome I have been doing daily exposure excercices for social anxiety, which have paid dividents across the board.

Two months ago I had a crisis. I didn't let that crisis go to waste and saw the opporunity in it.

And look at me now. Moving forward.
