I’m Yuan, 36, diagnosed with PTSD dissociative subtype and DID, as well as other stuff not relevant for this community.
Therapy did nothing for me so I’m no longer trying my luck with psychotherapy, but I’m still in psychiatric treatment, although with very limited results, it’s better than nothing.
All things considered, I’m doing fine, I’m on disability with no chance of getting out of it, and need some outside help when it comes to everyday life, but it could be worse – I can go out alone again which is great.
Not sure what else to say, just ask if you have any questions, I’m quite open about my life and experiences.
