I smiled for a good while about how lucky I was today to have a meal clean water and a nice safe place to sleep

Congratulations @Sheree and @Carmen J. Brown. New babies are great. I am enjoying watching my 3 grandkids learn and grow from a helpless newborn into a little person ( my oldest is almost 4 ).

That being said, what made me smile today was knowing I wasn't babysitting today. Bad day yesterday and need a break. We babysit the 3 1/2 yo 5 days a week ( since she was 4 or 5 weeks old ).

One thing that made me smile today was knowing that I have an amazingly supportive therapist that makes me feel strong and confident. I usually wake up severely depressed, but today I woke up laughing.
