Panic Attack While Disassociating?

Just wondering if this has happened before to anyone else. Recently I've begun disassociating while having panic attacks... its very strange. Has this happened to anyone else too?

Mine have blended together in the past before. Not consecutively for the entire process, but I usually go from dissociating INTO a panic attack or vice versa. There's a period in the middle where they overlap, mostly because I get anxious when I feel like I'm not all there.

Mine always start with panic attacks then disassociation occurs and I end just with disassociation.
