What do or what skills/management do you need to acquire in order to open yourself to Post traumatic growth. It is a real think ya know. I get intensely frustrated at times cuz 50% plus seem to think how they feel is "it". It isn't. It is a call to growth/maturity/skills acquisition..

What benefit if any can the forum members see cognition-wise in the acquisition of post traumatic growth and maturation skills to include life adversity rather than ruminate/dwell/spin/stay stuck on "feelings"?

Sometimes and especially here lately there have been a lack of basic therapeutic tools to discern or learn how/why... even IF you want, really want to get better.
