A member of the cohort 18, Townsville PTSD course, has a brilliant idea, that needs help getting off the ground. A PTSD anonymous course, something similar to alcoholics anonymous, etc etc, but for those with PTSD who are to ashamed for whatever reason to seek help publicly, or through dedicated counselling services, instead just group therapy to chat. The plan is to have a expert in PTSD visit every now and then to give professional advice to the group, but mainly just chat about your problems and get things out in the air.
Trust me on this, it does really help to get the secrets out, so there no longer secrets. The weight just lifts of your shoulders immediately.
