Type I how old are you?

Must be hard to have such an all encompassing health issue and CPTSD.

I’m 53. I was diagnosed at 51. My endocrinologist believes I’ve had it for some time and it went undiagnosed. Hopefully, I can find some encouragement here, as well. I’ve been feeling so hopeless recently. Defeated. Feels like I’m fighting an endless battle that can’t be won. The stress from cPTSD is making controlling the diabetes fill impossible. I feel so alone.
