Self care but how?!?!? What do you do after therapy to not feel so... crummy?

T lets me sit alone and i drink water kinda spacing out. Then i listen to music before i feel collected enough to leave the clinic. I try be mindful of my posture and walk. I usually want to eat. The sessions help unpack things. I have been eating not well but i am grateful i can eat.
 
When I'm done with therapy, I take the bus home, get home, put on music, and sit and vape and rock back and forth while browsing social media/forums. It's relaxing to me, and the rocking back and forth thing is stimming that I do a lot and find very relaxing. I also usually talk to my boyfriend about how it went, and if he's not at work or otherwise busy, I call with him or cuddle with him (if we're together at the time).

Edit: I also nap after calming down enough to do so.
