Noticed on my online therapy site that there are a whole new set of intake papers in my account. f*ck. Old T promised that I wouldn't have to redo this crap since I am transferring to the other therapist in the same group. I just feel like it is all another lie. I feel like T1 wasted my time and money with the forms the first time and here we go again! Hating this.

Maybe it's a mistake?

Try contacting your new T and ask her about it.

If it's in the USA, then the whole group may likely have access to your records. I say this as my local hospital & associated medical center has access to all my records. No need to sign forms when going from ER to doc or urgent care to doc. It's all in the same system.
